The lifting column is an ideal driving element, which requires not only the adjustment of the motor, but also the maintenance of stable guidance。When stable guidance and electric regulation are required, the lifting column is the ideal drive element。The whole lifting column is integrated so that the internal components are not visible from the outside。The lifting column does not require other outer cover and can be adjusted without professional electrical knowledge。We have a wide range of standard versions of our lifting column products for use in the medical technology sector。

 Electric cylinders have a self-locking function, so they do not require kinetic energy when at rest。This is also a major advantage of electric cylinders to replace pneumatic cylinders and hydraulic cylinders。Powerful DC motors, signal lines, potentiometers and Hall sensors for indicating position, as well as integrated terminal switches, are available to meet common customer requirements。

No matter how precise the manufacturing and assembly processes are, small tolerances cannot be avoided when installing technical modules。For rigid systems such as lifting columns and electric cylinders, small tolerances can lead to deformation and even failure, such as irregular movement, increased power costs, overload, and even entire equipment failure。RK has developed a solution that is not currently available on the market: a transfer plate for the lifting column and an axial adjustment piece for the electric cylinder。

RK Rose+Krieger offers RK DuoLine linear guides in sizes 60/80/120/160 with a choice of synchronous belt or shaft drive。In all shaft driven linear guides, if the shaft drive exceeds a certain length, it will cause unnecessary vibration of the spindle under high-speed movement, thus shortening the service life of the guide rail。Therefore, such linear guides used to operate only at low speeds。
